Welcome to www.yeschefbooking.com (the "Website"), operated by YesChef Inc. ("YesChef," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our digital marketplace where chefs and bartenders can list their services and customers can book them. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction YesChef provides a platform where chefs and bartenders ("Service Providers") can offer their services, and customers ("Clients") can book these services. YesChef is a marketplace facilitator and does not directly provide chef or bartender services.

2. Eligibility By using our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Service Providers must meet any applicable legal or professional requirements in their respective fields.

3. Account Registration To use certain features of the Website, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information during registration, keep your account information up to date, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Provider Listings Service Providers may create profiles and list their services for hire on the Website. By listing a service, Service Providers agree to: Accurately describe their services, qualifications, and pricing, comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements, and be solely responsible for the content of their listings and the services provided.

5. Booking and Payment Booking: Clients may browse listings and book services directly through the Website. Once a booking is confirmed, a contract is formed between the Client and the Service Provider.

Payment: Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Clients agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of booking. Service Providers will receive payment minus any applicable fees after the service is completed.

Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (7 days for both Client and Service Provider).

6. Fees and Charges YesChef may charge Service Providers and/or Clients fees for using the Website. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirming a booking or listing. By using the Website, you agree to pay any fees associated with your use of the platform.

7. Ratings and Reviews Clients may leave ratings and reviews of Service Providers after a service is completed. These reviews reflect the opinions of Clients and do not represent YesChef's views. Service Providers agree to accept reviews, both positive and negative, as part of the platform's feedback system.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.

Post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.

9. Disputes Between Clients and Service Providers YesChef is not responsible for resolving disputes between Clients and Service Providers. We encourage parties to communicate directly to resolve any issues. YesChef may, at its discretion, assist in mediating disputes.

10. Intellectual Property All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YesChef or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability YesChef is a marketplace platform and does not provide chef or bartender services. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services listed on the Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YesChef disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Website, including any services booked through the platform.

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold YesChef, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia, USA.
